i've come up with a new theory on life:

L I F E N E E D S C O N T R A S T

which means ups and downs,

twists and turns,

smiles and frowns.

it's what makes life interesting

and those good times oh so special.

when you're going through extremely hard times,

and it seems that things couldn't possibly get worse,

it's the world's way of testing you.

which means someone up there thinks

you have what it takes

to make it .

if you handle it with class

and don't let it get to you too much

y o u p a s s

and things will suddenly turn around for you,

not to mention the life lessons you will learn

that will help you out next time things go horribly wrong.
